Codara was born in Bergamo in 1981.
She has a degree in Sociology and integrated her research path by enrolling in courses at the Academy of Fine Arts Carrara in Bergamo. She has taken part in workshops in Italy and abroad: Codice Italia by the film-maker Davide Ferrario organized by the Italian Pavilion of the 2015 Venice Biennale; Art Util by Tania Bruguera at the Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts and Milan and Beyond by the artist Claudia Losi, ended with a group show at the Triennale Milano.
She was hosted by international residences as Tsukuba International in Japan and Yatoo International in South Korea. She has participated to international festivals and symposia: Spirit of Nature and Form at the Art Institution Trevnenska in Bulgaria, Art Biotope by the International Waldkunst Zentrum in Germany, MiTiCi by Paolo Grassi Civic School of Milan.
She was invited to the Global Nomadic Art Project by YATOO that involves countries and artists from all over the world. She participated to the stages in France and in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary). The final exhibition was at the Korean Cultural Institute in Budapest. She’s been collaborating with Koinè group since 2017. She is a member of Propagazioni, a magazine written by artists, educators and anthropologists.
